You can make an online reservation for a phone repair if you do not want to call the customer care numbers.

- Check the menu options at the top of the screen. Select Book a phone repair
- You will get a prompt to allow location services. Click
- This will help to spot the service centres closest to you, and provide you with a list of centres close to you.
- Select the phone model > Describe the phone fault you want to repair > Select a centre from the options presented.
- Select Time of reservation.
- Enter your phone number so that the centre can contact you.
- Ensure to go there at the reserved time.
The Carlcare App
You may not know it, but if you are using an Infinix, TECNO, itel, Syinix and Oraimo device, Carlcare app is one of the system apps that comes with the phone. You can navigate through the menu on your device to find the Carlcare app.
