In 2020, Carlcare, driven by a passion for technology and a sense of responsibility to society, established Carlcare Training School in Nigeria to pave the way to skills and future for the youth of Nigeria.
Over the past four years, Carlcare has witnessed the growth of numerous students.
What Did Our Training Bring To Trainees?
Sam, an ordinary young man from Nigeria who bears the heavy burden of his family. He must take care of his aging parents and raise his young children. Without a stable source of income, the family often struggles to make ends meet. As the pillar of the household, Sam carries the weight of the entire family's livelihood. To make a living, he takes on various odd jobs, but the meager income is still insufficient to cover the family's expenses. The pressure of life once left him lost and bewildered.
However, fate always finds a way to open a window when least expected. By chance, Sam heard about a training school run by Carlcare that offers courses in mobile phone repair. Eager to learn a skill, he felt a glimmer of hope, thinking, "This might be my chance to change my fate."
Help Trainees Find Life Direction
With borrowed tuition money, he enrolled in the Android Phone Training course at Carlcare Training School. At the academy, he cherished this hard-earned opportunity, working diligently and earnestly. Under the careful guidance of his instructors, his repair skills improved significantly. More importantly, he discovered his passion for the mobile phone repair industry and clarified his career path. After graduation, with his outstanding skills, he smoothly joined a Carlcare after-sales service center as a certified mobile phone repair engineer.
Today, he uses his own hands to steadily support his entire family, allowing his parents to enjoy their old age and his wife and children to live a stable life. Whenever he recalls his time at Carlcare Training School, Sam always reflects, "I used to see no future and didn't know where to go. But now, I have found direction and have a goal. I am grateful to Carlcare for giving me the opportunity to learn a skill. It has taught me that as long as you are willing to work hard, life will always offer you a way out."

Looking back over these four years, Carlcare Training School has enrolled over 237 students. Some have become part of the Carlcare family, while others have used their knowledge to achieve success in the repair field.
