How to Fix Infinix Phone Speaker Not Working

1. Check if the speaker is activated. If it's not, tap the speaker icon to enable it.
2. Turn on the volume by pressing the volume up button.
3. Make sure the media volume is not turned off. Do this by pressing the volume up and down key at the same time then you can slide on it to increase the volume.
4. Make sure your headphones are not plugged in since they disable the external speaker.
5. Clean the speaker by blowing through the speaker to remove dirt.
6. Reboot the phone by pressing the power button then click on restart.

• Open the back cover of the phone
• The technician will disassemble the phone using the right tools. This is done by removing the screws holding the phone together. These screws are placed on a tray.
• Then remove the lower housing or the speaker décor ( NB: Some phones don't have speaker décor)
• Remove the bad speaker and put a new one.
• Test the phone to see if the speaker is working
• If the speaker works, reassemble the lower housing or the speaker décor then close all the screws.
• The technician will then pass the phone to quality check assistant (QC)
