Liquid Damage

Electronic components when in contact with water may create a short circuit. When the water reaches the sensitive components, there could be corrosion which causes the screen to stop responding.

Connector Damage

The screen is connected with mobile by a connector, which sometimes can be loose or damaged due to accidental fall, liquid damage, or any other reason. This damaged connecter can create issues in the screen functioning.

Charging Problem

Faulty battery or charger can also cause interference in the functionality of a device. Over the usage, the charging problem may put excessive pressure on the battery and ultimately your screen goes black.

Software Problem

Sometimes, rooting the device or hard reset can cause the screen to pass out. This usually happens when the firmware is bugged or device is infected by viruses or other malware issues. The OS failure can adversely affect your Infinix screen.

Storage Issue

When your device memory is flooded with unnecessary (unused) files, apps, or cache data, it not just hampers the performance but sometimes leads the screen blackout.

Try rebooting the device

A simple restart, sometimes, can fix what you thought is a severe issue. Reboot the phone by long-pressing the power button. If this doesn’t work, you may also try removing the battery and then re-inserting it.

Do factory reset via recovery mode
