- Click on the Submit button below the form to complete the online reservation, then take a screenshot of the reservation ticket.

Making an online reservation via the Carlcare app is even easier. Since the app comes preinstalled as a customer care app on most TECNO, Infinix, and itel phones, all you need is just to open the app and go straight to the reservation page. Less stressful? Follow the steps below to get started.
- Open the Carlcare app on your phone or download it from the Play Store if you don't have it already.
- Click on the Carlcare Online Service/Make a Reservation banner on the homepage and complete the form. Simply describe your phone problem in the description box. Also, provide your contact details so we can contact you as soon as possible.
- Submit the reservation form and take a screenshot of the ticket on the next page. You'll be required to provide the screenshot when you arrive at our centre.
