The Process of Phone Repair Service at Carlcare
When submitting your device at our service center, please ensure that you have your original ID card with you. Your ID card details will be used to fill out a form (customer receipt) that you will use as proof that your device has been left with us for mobile repair. You will also be required to show your ID when collecting your phone as well as the customer receipt.
The phone repair process at Carlcare is fairly easy:
- At the reception, you will be guided to pick a queue number then our receptionists will call out the numbers in line.
- Next, proceed to the reception desk.
- The receptionist will ask you to back up all important data saved on the phone and then give out the phone.
- The receptionist will give out your device to our technician who will, after diagnosis, notify you of the extent of your phone’s damage and charges (if any)
- If you are required to pay, the receptionist will then guide you to the cashier desk where you will pay.
- Lastly, the phone is booked into the system. You are given the customer receipt which you will issue together with your ID when collecting the phone after repair.
